Greg Evans

Greg Evans

President
Is your marketing and technology driving your bottom line? Do you truly know what’s working and what’s not? For over 12 years, Greg Evans has answered these questions for his clients and brought a passion for creative problem solving that delivers results. His combined expertise in marketing, technology and operations engineering helps clients break down the barriers that stand between them and their clients, as well as the internal barriers that prevent organizations from operating at their best.

When not dreaming up big client ideas, Greg can be found enjoying time with his wife Karen, playing with their always-entertaining pets (with two cats and a dog “herding” might be a more appropriate term), and taking in fall football games at his alma mater the University of Michigan. Greg also enjoys running and biking the streets of metro Detroit, playing drums in the rock band “The PF Flyers” and enduring the self-induced torture / fun that is triathlon racing.

Greg’s favorite quote is:
“Opportunity is missed by most because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” ~Thomas Edison

Ellen Clay

Ellen Clay

Senior Web Developer
It was while working on her network administration certification in 1996 that Ellen Clay realized that her true calling was in web development. It was at this point that she cut her teeth on the web and she hasn’t looked back since. Ellen quickly moved from static HTML sites to the world of dynamically driven websites written in ColdFusion, ASP Classic and PHP.

Throughout her career, Ellen has done web work for a wide variety of clients including Scholastic, Todaysmilitary.com, Pitney Bowes, Quiznos and many more.

When she is not working on a project Ellen can often be spotted at a local archery range wondering if she can sucker convince someone to place an apple on their head.

Tim Kloote

Tim Kloote

Graphic Designer
Tim Kloote joined the Synectics Media team fresh out of Lawrence Tech’s rigorous graphic design program where he learned the true meaning of pain. Between balancing design projects, constant revision work, and freelance projects, Tim was able to master his craft long before receiving his bachelors. Half of his education was originally spent trying to become an architect, before Tim was kicked out of the program for his far-fetched creative ideas. Who would want to live in a spiral house? No seriously, who really would?

His extensive background in multiple design disciplines has helped Tim greatly improve upon his skills to become the creative mastermind behind the scenes at Synectics Media. He’s proficient in XHTML and CSS and is becoming more and more familiar with JavaScript and PHP. As a designer, his goals are to constantly improve upon his work, and keep up with the latest trends and core technologies behind the web to give users the best possible user experience. Maybe someday he’ll win a Webby Award?

When Tim is not working you can probably find him catching up with friends at local coffee shops, surfing the web, or watching an endless array of movies/tv shows from Netflix.
